I think somebody’s already said this above, but my GC received a mail from Duke talking about the figures for this year (33300 applicants for 2400 seats) and the decision date was written as March 29.
Well it’s the 28th now.
@scmadreof2,@ilmdad, sounds legit. Columbia likely was worded similarly
@scmadreof2 I did some searching and found that the person sending the email is listed as a contact on the Admissions website. It seems legit, but I wanted to see if anyone else received this.
@MaybeHarvard2022 How do you know it’s 28th?
Would I have to email my regional admissions officer if I wanted to know whether all BSAI invite have been sent?
Yes you should!
@JayZee21 ok thanks
So is the 28th confirmed as the decision release date? I’ve seen the 28th and the 1st.
I applied ED and was deferred, and Duke sent an email on December 11th telling us decisions would be released on the 14th at 7pm, so they’ll definitely give a warning email within the next week! Applicants from past years also confirm they always give at least a few days advance notice and they give the time which is nice
@Ims229 the 14th??
So I emailed my regional admissions about BSAI and this is what he said:
Thank you for your email and your interest in Duke University!
Most invitations to BSAI go out after admissions decisions are made, so no, they have not all been sent out.
Just received a BSAI invite
Good Luck everyone!
So @lms229 which month? And so we have no confirmed date?
@2022Man @Sallaw no no no I’m talking about early decision, they emailed us on December 11th to tell us that ED decisions would be released on December 14th. So I was saying they’ll most likely do the same thing for RD and send us a warning email a few days in advance telling us the date and time decisions will be released
@Dukeadmissions tweeted …# of applicant rose 8% to 37302
oh well
Hi, did any international applicant receive BSAI? Thanks.
Did anyone receive the likely letter from Duke?
