<p>@BlueDevil2016- Yes, I’m a legacy. My dad attended both Duke’s Undergraduate and Law School. I applied ED and was deferred.</p>

<p>@danders617 Even with that much of a legacy? were your stats below avrg? (not trying to be rude at all…) I just thought legacy was a large factor…Because I know at Yale and Stanford is it.</p>
<p>@SouthernBelleEM- No don’t worry you’re not being rude! Yes, my GPA was well below average- Unweighted it’s a 3.45, weighted 3.75. However I have a 33 ACT so test scores are in range. I was told that the adcom was interested in seeing that my grades are continuing to rise, so hopefully since I’ve been getting straight As so far senior year, i’ll get good news in April.</p>

<p>I’ve done research on Duke Likely Letters before and I think I read they came in February one year and March another year, so I really don’t think there’s a special time. I know my friend got one from Dartmouth, so some colleges are already sending them out.</p>
