Duke Robertsons Scholarship

For the Robertson Scholarship, yes

My mistake, I apologize. But at the end of the day, it's really the perception that counts and the Chronicle didn't really do a good job of distinguishing the UNC Robertsons and the Duke Robertsons, it's unfair tarring them all with the same brush, but eh...shrugs

In the articles I read, the Chronicle only ever refers to them as "UNC Robertson Scholars" or "UNC Robertsons". ;)

It's an ongoing discussion. The Robertson Program views all students as being full-time members of both institutions. The problem, as far as I can tell, was not that the UNC Robertsons who were at Duke for a semester tented, it's that many of the UNC Robertsons who were not in their swing semester tented, thus taking seats away from Duke-only students who had tented. Basically, what I have heard from some students is they don't care how much money Julian Robertson gave to the program, they do not feel that students attending UNC full time should be able to kick Duke students out of Duke student section seats... The "swing semester" students are a little different.

I restate my last comment.

If one has applied for the Robertston scholarship and they want to send updates to their application is it better to send it to the admissions office, the regional admission officer or to the Robertson Scholarship committee?

Are the updates for your overall app or just the scholarship app or both? If they are for the scholarship only, send your updates to the scholarship. If it's for your application, send it to admissions. If it's for both, call in to the Robertson committee and ask b/c i know they get to see your duke app...

Thanks for the imput
