<p>I’m probably rejected despite this email thing; this just goes further in confirming it. Yunie’s cousin probably sifted me out of the worthy applicant pile before my application was even reviewed… I’m missing a core prereq… :(</p>

<p>Me : Hello, I applied as a transfer student for this fall, application decisions are not out yet but I just got an email from your department telling me additional documents are required for my financial aid record, I tried logging in to the webpage provided but it requires a Calnet ID and I dont have one, what should I do?</p>

<p>Them: Youve applied as a transfer student for this fall correct?</p>

<p>-yes</p>

<p>-Well then, in that case you wont have a calnet Id, wait until the admission decisions are out and as soon as you get the green light you will be able to create you’re calnet Id. Until then dont worry about this. Any thing else i can help you with?</p>

<p>I got the email too, same one. I’m not taking summer classes, and I don’t think I’ll have to prove citizenship or anything. It seems complicated, so I’m just going to ignore it…</p>

<p>They wouldn’t have an “incomplete” FA record if they hadn’t started doing your FA. And they don’t start doing FA unless you’ve been admitted. You guys are in!</p>

<p>There were quite a few students last year who could see their URSA FinAid but were rejected. Yeah, Cal might do it differently, but they definitely don’t start the whole process only if you’ve been admitted. Maybe if you’re being considered? You never know.</p>

<p>THis is in no way an indicator - the other guy said it was his citizenship or something that was missing - we’re both american citizens for sure, right? I’m certain I’ll get into UCB, and I didn’t get an email, but I’m not worried :slight_smile: I’m pretty sure that it means good things for those who got it, but if we didn’t get it, all it means is that our FA files are complete!</p>
