As taken straight from their website: [Early Action | University of Michigan Office of Admissions](http://www.admissions.umich.edu/drupal/early)

Sending Test Scores

Please be advised that we must receive your official ACT or SAT scores by the deadline date in order to complete your application file. We encourage students to send test scores to U-M immediately after taking the exam; students who submit their requests for test results after they have taken an ACT or SAT will need to ensure that scores be sent to us by the deadline. Check with ACT or SAT regarding individual policies.

If you don’t have any scores yet, then you’re out of luck. If you do, you can always go with those. However, you can always apply regular decision- your SAT scores will be good for that deadline. EA at Michigan doesn’t give you any advantage in the admissions process, it just allows you to find out the decision sooner.
