EA Decisions

Has anyone received their EA decision?
I know they're saying the 15th, but I was hoping maybe it'd come earlier...

My daughter, who is now in her sophomore yr at Emerson was where you are two yrs ago. They did send them out on the 15th . Maybe they will be a little earlier since the 15th is on a Saturday.
I wish you luck !

I called yeaterday and was told that they would mail on the 15th.

I was there on Monday for a visit and they said they were "hoping to mail within the next few days." I'm predicting the arrival of a decision on the 15th here in Pennsylvania.

Question to everyone. I'm waiting on a spring transfer decision but my Admission deposit is open ready to take money (as of last Thurs). In the past that has meant acceptance. What about everyone else?

Ahh i'm waiting on spring transfer too but mine deposit thing isnt ready to take money booo

I'm still getting this message:

"Sorry but Undergraduate Admission Deposit Submission is not open at this time."

Hollygolightly are you a freshman transfer?

yess i am and i looked at your info (im not creepy or anything) and i see that you go to quinnipiac and i do toooo!

WAIT! We need to talk... did you also get into ithaca? I think i saw you on there? Please message e we need to chat.

So Emerson will be mailing the acceptance letters out and will not be sending an email or anything?

Yes, that's what Laurie Nichols (director or transfer admission) said when I met with her. She also said sometimes decisions are mailed early so hopefully they will be mailed out THIS week before the 15th.

However, in the past if you click Admission Deposit, SOMETIMES it becomes active before one receives the letter which has meant in the past, acceptance. But who knows.

Hope thats not the case, asap714. Still no admission deposit available at this time. :(

asap714 and hollygolightly, what's so bad about Quinnipiac?

Well don't worry BasMatt, in the past if people don't have the deposit open it doesn't necessarily mean you're not in because often times it changes after one receives the letter.

I'm not going to publicly bash Quinnipiac but it wasn't for me, and personally I went through some horrible experiences. I wouldn't recommend the school but it may be for you.

I got my decision today and I'm in!

Congratulations!! Where do you live?

and how did you find out?

D was accepted into her first choice major, TV Production. Big envelope in the mail. HOORAY!

Congrats you you both. My daughter is a 2nd year studio television. she LOVES it.
