Hello all,

Have EA decisions actually been mailed?

Thanks!

No not until about Dec. 15.

Some EA decisions (both good and bad news) are being mailed early this year, but all will be mailed by December 15th.

They are going out - my friend's son got his appointment last Tuesday - :).

i remember hearing people got theirs in the middle of a week last year and i didnt get mine until a Saturday so sometimes you have to wait. PS: dont give yourself a hard attack if you see the mail man walk up to your house without any big envelopes...on the forums it gave the impression that everyone got a big acceptance package, rather i just got a standard letter at first (which made me sort of panic as i opened it) that was probably due to the fact that i received a conditional appointment at first.

My daughter received hers on Christmas Eve last year (but received a call the week prior from admissions) - still a week after several others had received ED acceptance and deferrals. If last year is any guide - not all are mailed on the same day.

If last year is any measure, my son got his around the 21st of December. It was a small envelope containing a conditional appointment. The condition was that he pass the DOD Medical Evaluation Review Board physical. The "big package" came after all the physicals (vision, hearing and general medical) had been passed, reviewed and communicated to the Admissions office at the Academy.

My daughter did not receive conditional - first thing she received was full appt and the "big package". She cleared DOD MERB sometime between 12/15 and 12/18, got a call and then received the box sent priority mail. So probably if you haven't cleared Medically yet - it will be a small envelope! Good luck to everyone - keeping fingers and toes crossed for you all! :)

nothing yet, is that good news, on pins and needles here

My son got his on 12/21 last year!
