@mudmother where on spire are you checking… i don’t even see that anywhere

You go to application status check, then application status. It should say “Early Action Application Complete” or something along the lines of that. You click that link then it brings you to a page that will most likely say “Application is currently under review. Blah blah blah.” It updates over night, so possibly tomorrow letters/online notifications will be arriving!

I am not so sure about the whole 12:00 AM posting thing.

if its at 12 what time zone is it in… EST?

It would be EST. My guess is that people will start hearing back tomorrow!

I think that a lot of decisions will be up tonight, and a lot of people will get their letters tomorrow… Good luck everyone!

Not sure if this means accepted but…

Under Application Status Check:
Your application for undergraduate admission to UMass Amherst for the Fall 2014 semester was processed by our office on November 1, 2013.

As of December 16, 2013, the status of your application is:
under review(click here for more info) .

Undergraduate Admissions has processed the following documents for your application:
All the docs…

But on the Spire landing page under Welcome I found:
Congratulations on your admission to the University of Massachusetts Amherst!

Your admissions decision has been mailed, and you can expect to receive it in the next 7-10 days. We encourage you to review your Application Status Check for more information.

This is your student center in SPIRE (our student information system). When you decide that UMass Amherst is the right choice, you will be able to confirm receipt of your enrollment fee, view course descriptions, register for classes, access your bill, and sign up for housing. You will also be able to view your financial aid package, check your “To Do” list, and verify your personal information.

Not 100% but looks like good news.

My son’s Spire account changed which now says congratulations on your admission. When I check his application status it stills says under review,

Landing page on Spire is BACK to :

We have received your admissions application for Fall 2014. We are pleased that you are interested in UMass Amherst, and we look forward to learning about your interests and accomplishments.

Back to what it’s been since application submitted, no more:
Congratulations on your admission to the University of Massachusetts Amherst!

Should know in a few hours in the mail.

If it goes back to the other landing page, go to the admisisons tab drop down at the top of the page, then go to Student Center - New Sdnt. The congrats is there. I think when you log in it tries to redirect to the congrats page. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn’t. I think it has something to do with the load time of the page - it wants to bring you to the congrats page, but when it can’t right away, it defaults to the other page. I believe people who have this tab on the drop down menu are accepted. Also, this page has your primary major (i.e. accepted major) listed near the bottom.

Everyone who receives results in the mail today should post on here!

I live in Maryland, submitted everything 10/1/13 and my application status is still “under review”. It does not say anything about accepted on my landing page. I have been waiting for so long and hopefully I will hear soon

The letter arrived today, west of Boston. Still under review on the portal and nothing on the landing page.

For those who don’t see the congratulations page after logging in, see if there is Student Center - New Sdnt under the admissions tab on the top left (down arrow).

D Got acceptance packet in mail today. We live in NY.

I don’t see a Student Center tab either.

Where in NY?

Was the acceptance package thick or thin

We live North of Boston and some kids got a letter and others did not. Very frustrating since online it says it is still under review.

What are people doing differently than just logging in to get to a decisions paragraph? Also got my mail today and my letter wasn’t there I’m in Southern CT.
