<p>Admit: I have wonderfully toned pectoral muscles
Defer: Adcom prefers biceps
Reject: Adcom likes people who have no sense of humor</p>

<p>Admit: Highest GPA ever in my high schools history ( ;) until this semester at least)
Defer: Subpar SAT and ACT scores when compared with others
Reject: Im just a hard worker... I havent done any research, interned, gotten big awards... im a normal kid</p>
<p>Admit: They like my unique passions, good essays, strong recs, decent scores, strong involvement in activities, and ME. If they see how I can contribute or add to Stanford's atmosphere, they'll hopefully take me.
Defer/Waitlist: They like me, but have stronger/too many applicants, but they don't want to drop me completely from consideration.
Reject: Don't want to think about this.</p>
