I am thinking about applying Early Action to UChicago. However, I haven't toured there yet and it thus far isn't my top choice. Can other colleges see where you apply early action?

My reasoning for doing so is so that I can tour before April if I am accepted.

Generally no unless you tell them. Generally, it also makes no difference as colleges don’t care that you are applying EA to another college (colleges are not idiots, they know and expect students to apply to other colleges, and UChicago even encourages you to apply to others EA). The exceptions are Yale and Stanford, which prohibit you from applying EA to another college if you apply EA to one them.
