deferred....i've never been so upset....

Congratulations to those of you who were accepted! I'm still holding out hope for RD. Hope to be joining your ranks in April.

NJ..deferred

Any letters to OH yet??

NY. Deferred. My first choice.

This is the worst day of my life, and I feel like I have wasted my time working so hard all these years. Life sucks really bad right now...

to all your deferred people, and maybe someone who's in there can answer this.. does it sort of feel like you're not wanted there? i'm holding out hope for regular decision but it doesn't feel the same. maybe someone can convince me otherwise.

i just took subject tests and ACTs this and last weekend, hopefully they're good. how do you send new accomplishments to G town? i'm hoping to enter a few science fairs and think i have a shot of winning some things, or at the very least publishing a research paper and i would like to let them know should any of that happen.

deferred. i've never been so upset and disappointed in my entire life.

Brooklyn, NY
Accepted =)... but I won't be attending so there's at least 1 seat open already.

Nothing in south Louisiana today....ughh! That means I'll probably get it Monday - the day before my first exam. Nothing like an acceptance/deferral to totally screw with my concentration.

asci09 - I feel the same way. The deferment letter is a crappy rejection letter with a 'hey you never know, I might grow to love you' undertone.

RD at GU won't happen for any but the slightest few, I am almost certain. For me, time to move on and put my energy into other schools..

Cincinnati, OH. The letter arrived in today's mail (which thankfully came earlier than usual!)!

Accepted! My house is pretty excited!!

I'm 98% sure I'm going to be deferred but I'm still anxiously awaiting the actual letter. G-town doesn't give the best FA so I'm not even sure I could attend even if I got accepted. Congrats to those who got accepted and good luck to those who got deferred so far.

Mail comes in about an hour so I've got some time to kill. Guitar Hero, here I come!

Oh, I wish my mail would come already. Probably deferred though.

Maine. Accepted - SFS.

deferred...i think because i didn't take my SAT II's lol...

Illinois, no letter today. Probably on monday, though.

i thought they weren't required for EA? (@bigweight for subject tests)

Accepted... but still sad for my fellow CCers that were deferred.

My letter said that this year was extremely competitive. For those of you who were deferred, would you mind posting what the first paragraph said? I'm curious.

Omg accepted to mcdonough

so happy

i got my letter and im in CA so....idk how that happened.
