Early-college HS student, chances for UPenn, Yale, Stanford, Columbia, Syracuse, Boston U?

I've already applied (RD everywhere), but now I'm in the mental torture stage, so if you feel like taking pity on me and letting me know if I should start planning for community college, go for it.

SAT: Critical Reading 800, Math 680, Writing 800 (I know my math score stinks, but I studied and just couldn't bring it up-- math is not my thing. Is there any way that my CR and W scores could kind of compensate?)
SATII: Literature 780, Biology 740

GPA: 3.95 unweighted, 4.6 weighted, top 5% of class

ECs:
School newspaper-- 9th-12th-- head editor-- big state awards, layout re-design, designed/launched website, won photography and news writing awards, regular contributor to local/university newspapers as well
Science Olympiad-- 9th-12th-- 1st/2nd/3rd in multiple events every year, went to 2012 National Tournament, now the organizer of a champion school-independent team after school discontinued the program
National Honor Society-- 10th-12th-- member, tons of service, now Service Coordinator, organizing things like forest trail reconstruction, STEM promotion, hospital aid, senior citizen outreach, etc.
Ethics Bowl-- 12th grade-- founding member of my school's Ethics Bowl team, placed 2nd in state (but tied in points) after about three weeks of prep
Church-- 9th-12th-- youth group leader, camp leader, committee representative-- organized activities and service projects for 400+ youth, taught wilderness safety and environmental service every summer, countless service projects
Theater-- 9th-11th-- lead roles, chorus roles, tech roles in about 7 community productions

Misc.-- volunteer tutor in English and math, university German and Photography clubs member, Key Club, National Merit Semifinalist (now Finalist)

CRUCIAL INFO:
I'm an early-college high school student, so my coursework was pretty limited all through high school because I was just getting all of the HS requirements done and then moved straight to being a full-time, on-campus college student. I'll graduate in May with my AA and 76 college credits earned while in high school. I'm not expecting any of these credits to transfer-- I did early-college because I wanted the challenge, not so much because I wanted to graduate college quickly.

Will it be a major disadvantage that my transcript shows only kind of generic, general ed classes, even though I've been a full-time college student since I was 15? I made it pretty clear in my application that this was all that was available to me, and that my education was really the best quality I could have received-- much better than if I had stayed at my local high school.

The main theme of my application was that I'm a social/environmental justice advocate who loves science and journalism.
