<p>Has anyone heard they got in early decision at Virginia Tech? I am wondering when the day will actually be and how they notify a person who applied early decision.</p>
<p>The first way I found out a couple years ago was that the website updated. Nobody called or anything.</p>
<p>We are eagerly waiting as well! My son has applied ED at VT and we will be checking online everyday - hoping that we’ll find out before Tuesday!</p>

<p>DS has been accepted at VT!!
He got an email today from admissions telling him to check the update on his application status. He’ll be a cadet at VT and we are hoping he’ll get an AROTC scholarship.

<p>If you’re deferred Early Decision does that mean that VT will evaluate you in the regular round without another application submitted?</p>
