Right now I am a second year in-state student at georgia tech. Back when I was filling out applications for fall 2010 this was the only school I applied for. I did this for two main reasons. Firstly, my parents make a lot of money but are not willing to help out much with school and everyone was telling me how important it is too graduate debt free ( GT is practically free for instate with hope). Second, while I felt like a shoe in for tech, other schools seemed like a bit of a reach, and college applications take too much effort just to find out you have been rejected. While I love tech, some of my friends at MIT seem to be learning a lot more and I am filled with a lot of regret for not trying. I will list some of my basic high school stats and just tell me if you think I would have gotten in.
