Just curious, what are some of the easier courses at BU?

I thought you were in CGS.. If so, you don't pick classes. You're assigned a "team" or something like that and follow a predetermined block schedule. Everybody I knew in CGS didn't have classes until 11:00 and some didn't even have class on a certain day of the week. And yeah while they may try and get you to do a lot of work or something from what I've seen/heard it's just a lot of busy work and none of it was hard. The first multiple A's I've seen at BU were on the transcript of a CGS student- she had all A's and at BU that really says something in my opinion.

well if you're not in CGS then what are the easier core classes?

it all depends on the professor..a certain course can be two entirely different things when its taught by different professors. some will emphasize things more than others and will always have different grading schemes and workloads. use ratemyprofessor.com as a resource, but as a freshman I wouldn't get to caught up in it and just take the classes that interest you more importantly.

By the time you're picking classes for 2nd term, you'll have a sense and that will only get more attuned later.

definitely. ^

i found poli sci easy. Grade was based on two essay tests. If you knew basic politics and current events- you get an A

I'm takin an Archaeology class right now- AR100 just to get my electives out of the way. It's ridiculously easy... Prof. Ricardo Elia- he's chill
