Econ 11 - Hellwig or Mcdevitt?

So...thinking of taking Econ 11 next quarter with Hellwig. Or should I take it next year possibly with Mcdevitt?

Who's the better teacher? Any experiences?

I've had Hellwig for 11 and McDevitt for 102. Both are good, but Hellwig might be slightly less hard. I got a B+ from both of them though, so they could be the same difficulty.

I never took Hellwig, but Mcdevitt is a very good professor.

I took him for Econ 11 and 101 (I think. or was it 111?)

In any case, you can't go wrong with Mcdevitt. During our graduation ceremony, Mcevitt got the loudest applause from the students.

I took Hellwig for Econ 11 and McDevitt for Econ 101.
Take Hellwig; much better lecturer, and he uses PowerPoint.

Hellwig reminds me of Hedwig :p

I would go with Hellwig. A lot of people like McDevitt's lecture style, but it wasn't very effective for me.

Did Hellwig give out PTE #s?
I wanted to add the class, but it's now closed :T
Think people will drop, or should I forget about taking it...
