<p>What are you planning on doing post-grad? Do you want to actually pursue an academic career in economics, or a PhD? Do you like econ at your school?</p>
<p>I'm no longer interested in academia...and want to work in finance. I'm studying for my CFA. I was just wondering if anybody here really genuinely loved economics still.</p>

<p>I am a dual major Finance and Economics. I want to be either a financial analyst for some corporation or large bank, possibly an investment banker. </p>
<p>P.S: I find economics is always my favorite class, very interesting and actually applies to stuff I can use every day. Was just a finance major until I took microeconomics.</p>
<p>am an economics major. and i absolutley love it. i don't know if i'll end up in academia but i'm def going to grad school. the department in my school is not huge but still big enough for there to be diverse faculty interests.</p>
