<p>I was just wondering, how many of you guys have absolutely no real EC's? I wrote in my essay that I had my own little business through craigslist buying/selling things but I doubt UC's really care.</p>
<p>I've never had a job and haven't done anything outside my classes. I did about 20 hours of community service when I was in high school but I didn't put it on my app. How big of a deal is this?</p>
<p>I'll also turn it into a chance hybrid thread for Davis and Irvine (Tagged at SB). I'm worried about not finishing my major prep for certain schools.</p>
<p>GPA: 3.4 (most likely going up after spring semester)
Major: Econ at Davis, Bus Admin at Irvine and Econ and Accounting at UCSB. I also applied to Berk but yeah........
IGETC: Done
Major Prep: Done for UCSB but calc portion not completed for Davis and Irvine. I wrote on my application that I would take one of the calc classes in the summer.
EC's: None</p>
<p>I feel like not completing calc means an automatic denial, is it?. Does saying I'll finish 1 of the 2 in the summer have any impact? </p>
