ED Agreement Form - major dilemma

<p>I'm constructing an email to the Scripps Office of Admission about this but they're closed till the 4th so I was wondering if anyone could tell me what they might say about this situation:</p>

<p>Scripps requires the ED Agreement form to be MAILED, not submitted online, and my school is closed till the 18th of Jan so I won't be able to get my counselors signature till then!! I'm an international student so factor in shipping time and that's way past the deadline - which is 1st of Jan, today =(</p>

<p>This is so depressing. I seriously hope they'll be ok with it. I'm asking them in the email if my counselor can just email her acknowledgment that I'm applying ED - is that a stupid thing to ask?? </p>

<p>Has anyone been in a similar situation? This is just the perfect end to an already stressful as hell day.</p>

<p>Make sure you’ve checked the appropriate box on your application form to indicate that you’re applying ED. Tell them in your email that you’ll send the Agreement form after your school opens on 1/18. Then follow through. Mail the form as soon as possible. Fax a copy if possible. You will be fine.</p>

I also made a mistake with my dates and school actually starts on the 11th. and that sounds sooo much more acceptable to me haha.</p>
