<p>Can you apply regular decision to another school and also apply ED? If I get in, I will withdraw my app from the other school but that school has a deadline of December 1 so I will need to apply before I know about Penn’s decision. </p>

<p>As to your first question, you should definitely fill out and submit applications to other schools while you wait for your decision. If you are accepted, then you can withdraw them, but with college admissions like they are, you will deinitely want some backups. Or you could just do them all after December 15 and have one hell of a winter break...Good luck!</p>
