ED Article in the Johns Hopkins News-Letter

This came out today. What do you think it means for those of us who applied early?

Early Decision numbers increase by 22 applicants | The Johns Hopkins News-Letter

Wow, just 22 applicants?

It means your chances this year will be about the same as they would have been if you applied last year.

An increase doesn’t necessarily mean chances are the same if the quality of the applicant has increased. Hopkins may choose to admit a higher percentage of ED applicants which would make it even more competitive for the Regular Decision candidates.

Brown’s ED applicants increased 1%; Dartmouth’s decreased 12.5% according to online news sources.

Does this mean that these schools have already decided all of the applicants that will be admitted???

which of the*

Oh wait, hahaha, nevermind

“GetExcited” haha what an apt name
