<p>They emailed me back, said they still accepted my documents. 
Now my FA data says 2013 tax and CSS profile received. @yunatoronto have you checked collegeboard’s site for when it’s scheduled to be reported?</p>
<p>Yes- the College board states that its scheduled to be reported by november 3rd… and i submitted it by october 29, before the nov 1 deadline… wat…!?!</p>

<p>RD applicant here~ I wonder if the fact that I live in Kentucky and need financial aid decreases my chance to get accepted. I am from China. I learned that Amherst is need-blind, but it only accepted 1 student from KY last year. I am so scared!</p>
<p>It might actually be the opposite of what you’re thinking, Junnoko. The low number of admitted Kentucky students probably means that very few people from Kentucky actually apply to the school. This could actually increase your chances. Also, where did you find that statistic? I couldn’t find anything on the Amherst website.</p>
<p>Oh, nevermind! I found it! That statistic doesn’t indicate how many people were accepted to Amherst - it indicates how many people from Kentucky were accepted and decided to attend. </p>
<p>Cornell, Harvard, Columbia and Duke decisions were today. Ours in 24 hours time :-SS </p>

<p>I think my son got the email in the afternoon around 15:00 California time. The hard copy congrats letter came a few days later.</p>
<p>Hey guys, my fin aid portal updated a bit and the home has this last line:
“We look forward to working with you and your family during your time at Amherst! If you have questions about your financial aid award, please be in contact with our office.
The Office of Financial Aid”
Feeling cautiously optimistic…</p>
