<p>So basically, are chances better without an interview applying ED or with an interview and applying RD?</p>
<p>The interview wont make or break your application. If you are 100% sure you want to go to Rice and feel like your stats are in range to get in, definitely apply ED.</p>
<p>You may be able to show interest on an interview, but applying ED, IMO, shows even more.</p>
