Calling all Egyptian students!
Does anyone know what the admission requirements for Medical Schools in Egypt will be this year???
I hope that they won't be as hard to achieve as they were last year.

salaam
seems like ur'e the only egyptian in here

i know.
it seems like this thread will be completely ignored.

(Punjab(in your user name); isn't that somewhere in pakistan. are u from there.)

punjab is a province like balochistan, it extends from paksitan to india, but ethnically both people are the same, i am from indian punjab
like balochistan extends to iran, afghanistan and pakistan, but ethnically they are all balochis

oh, i see.

Okay,
was just wondering something:
I see the words "Ivey Leage" everywhere on this website.
so, what the hell is the Ivy League???
(i'm an international student, thats why i don't know)

Brown University

Columbia University

Cornell University

Dartmouth College

Harvard University

University of Pennsylvania

Princeton University

Yale University

these 8 prestigious universities form the Ivy league, i don't know much, except they are really hard to get into

ah, i see.there is something like that here in Egypt that i hope to get into.
(Ivy League is still a really wierd name; i don't see the connection between prestigious universities and the words Ivy League.)

stuckon1700, the name "ivy league" originated from the time when these universities grouped together to play baseball (or softball or some other ball game)... over time, it has come to refer to the top schools in US. they ARE exceptionally selective, but you would realise that the schools are equipped with the most well-known professors, the largest endowments etc. good luck.

Well, now the name doesn't seem so wierd. Thanks scandal-less.

ummm....
okay, if there are no Egyptians on this website,
then if anyone out there has been to/wants to go to Egypt, Post something on this thread.

I've been to Sharm-el-Sheikh once.
Oh my god, it was just soo beautiful. I loved the waters arnd the place.
I also visited Cairo for a day.
