Eli Whitney Students Program-2016

All quiet on the EWSP front.

My interview is tomorrow!! Ill let you guys know how it goes!

@MikeSauce give us all the answers. Haha.

Good luck!

My interview is one week from today and I’m very nervous. I just received word that I was accepted by Columbia, so hopefully that makes Yale want me even more!

Congratulations!

@MikeSauce how did your interview go?

Literally the most nerve wracking conversations of my life. Will debrief later!

For now expect decisions BY MAY 28!

How do you all deal with the earlier deadlines of other schools to accept while waiting for Yale’s decision?

@MikeSauce When did u submit ur app to Yale?

If the Yale release admission results by 28 May, for those who have yet to get interview chance would be rejected…i guess

I had my interviews. They were great and I feel they went very well.

What did they ask you?

Is anyone on this thread a veteran?

@netta7 the admissions officer that set up my interview said that you should request an extension from your university

Vet here!

Second vet here

Just finished my interview. It was stressful at first, but then it felt very casual. I’m gonna go punch myself in the face for being awkward now

Did anyone do their interview in person?

@MikeSauce and @Surfbort, I am also a veteran (Navy)!
Did you apply to Yale with assistance from the Service to School organization?

Be kind to yourself. You were lucky to have an interview! I am sure the interviewers understand about us being nervous and awkward and won’t judge us for it, and, I think, it is so much better to feel and act nervous than to be full of oneself. Good luck!
