Email for Scholarships Prior to Admission

<p>I find out from NYU in 6 days. </p>

<p>However, today I received an email from one of the directors of NYU's diversity initiatives that read, "...We truly enjoyed reviewing your application and will be making final decisions soon. Your application to NYU acts as your application for our scholarships..." It said that they wanted to give the Scholars Committee an opportunity to interview me for any of their scholarships. I have never heard of NYU conducting interviews...? In addition, it told me to expect a phone call from a representative from the Scholars Committee soon. </p>

<p>So...does this mean i'm in or...? Waiting makes me soooo anxious.</p>

<p>It seems like a good sign, but I would wait for something official, even though it doesn’t seem like they’d send that to someone rejected/waitlisted. Hope you get good news in a few days!! :)</p>
