I’m still “missing” 3 items, HS Trans., Counselor Rec., and ED agreement. I had it conformed via email all items were on file, and would be updated. OPUS still hasn’t updated though, so I figured I’d just make sure sure they had them.

TJC, This is a life though, just not as popular.

I hope your not rejected, you probably won’t be, you definitely have shown interest, to say the least. Too bad they probably don’t get to see these forums though.

Last post tonight, I got to go look over notes for mid-terms…

My midterms don’t start until January 20th, but yeah I hope none of us are rejected. Unfortunately that will not be the case. I’m gonna get off (or at least try to). I’ll check tomorrow during school like mad but noone posts during the day.

These last few days have been the toughest It seemed like results were so far away when I turned in my application, so it wasn’t as big of a deal. Now, I have to now, but I can’t.

Yeah a lot of kids from my HS applied to Columbia ED, they find out today it sucks. Anyone want to bother calling admissions and weed out any info?

Cornell kids got their’s already? WOw…
Yeah, I’m jealous of Columbia and UPenn applicants… They KNOW they’ll find out today and tomorrow.
We don’t even know when we’ll find outt! Well, we do but… We just don’t know if we’ll get them on an “unofficial” day…

Hey y’all, my first post on this thread. (kudos to the one who started it so we can all feed off our shared agony of waiting…and waiting…and waiting)
In regards to scoping out the admissions office watercooler scene, I had gotten an email that my ED1 agrmt was missing, so I faxed one, AND went to the admissions office to deliver a hard copy. I made some, um, casual chit-chat with the receptionists, and they seem to think as one poster noted earlier in this thread, that opus has had kinks to work out (example: I KNOW I submitted me ED1 agrmt, and they all seem to be of the consensus, therefore, it will be —da dum–the 15th.
So good luck to alla y’all (can you tell I’m a local, y’all?) and as some wise person once said “Hope for the best but prepare for the worst”. Meanwhile I have to get back to my debate case, I am supposed to be researching, lol! Try to enjoy your weekend, all! GOOD LUCK, and ttyl!

Anyone else have that Jeopardy music stuck in their head? You know, the tune that plays while the contestants are waiting to see the answer to the “final question”, and find out if they won big or lost it all… I’ve got going in a loop in my brain…gotta focus on studying for killer Physics test…so distracting!
