May sound like a stupid question at this point but I'm sure most of you understand how frantic we are all getting with these pending decisions. When I applied in November I was planning on taking a Philosophy class in the Spring so I wrote that, and when January came I was still planning on taking it so I didn't change it. I ended up not being able to take the class. If I change that after I'm accepted, would it be a reason for them to reject me? I'm a music major so it doesn't have to do with that but I'm just paranoid... it'd be really nice to have someone ease some of my paranoia :)
Thanks!

They would definitely have a reason to reject you if you don’t tell them about it.

So call/email them.

thanks for responding,
I think that if I end up getting accepted, find out tomorrow, I’ll give them a call. I just found out a couple of days ago that I couldn’t add the class so it’s not as if I’ve known for that long and I didn’t wanna screw up my chances right before I find out my status

Is it a Spring class on the quarter system? The UC Update was due the day before my semester started so I listed a class and then wasn’t able to take it. I let the schools I applied to know in late March… I’m sure it’ll be fine as long as you tell the schools and as long as it isn’t part of your IGETC or recommended classes. Or if not taking it puts you under 60 units…

It’s part of a program called ITV that does a quarter system type thing so the class just started. Technically not taking that class puts me at 59 units which I am a bit concerned about but I have a few APs that I took last year that I’m hoping will cover that up. It wasn’t a part of the IGETC, I have all of that done, I just wanted to take Phiolosophy, still sad I can’t take it.

Ugh good luck to you. Intro to Philosophy helped ruin my CC GPA lol

Thanks! sorry to hear that, I just feel like I won’t be able to not be tense until tomorrow is over… haha
