If I hypothetically apply ED Engineering to VT and get accepted, I know my attendance at Virginia Tech is binding, but am I required to stick with Engineering or can I switch to my second choice major after acceptance?
You can transfer. Technically, it’s not even binding to go to Tech, you just lose your deposit if you don’t.
