<p>I will be applying to Michigan in the fall and am interested in the engineering school. Is it possible to apply to both the engineering school and LSA? Because if I don't get accepted to the engineering school I would still be interested in attending LSA. </p>

<p>I would suggest you doing it the other way around. [apply to engineering and then transfer to LSA if you don’t think engineering’s right for you]. Cross Campus Transfering from Engineering to LSA is really simple [almost 100%] but the other way around [LSA to engineering] is still pretty difficult.</p>
<p>I would love to have that option, but I just don’t think my stats are good enough to be accepted into the school of engineering.</p>
<p>You can attempt to switch to engineering any time you like, but I think you’ll have to wait till then to start taking the introductory engineering classes.</p>
