According to the acceptance letter,

"You must submit an official final transcript from all institutions you have attended. Final acceptance is contingent on your maintaining a level of academic performance that is equal to or better than your previous academic record."

I'm probably going to end up with mainly b's and maybe one or two c's; I've made mainly a's and b's before now. The part worrying me is, "equal to or better than your previous academic record". I'm obviously not doing as well as I have been, is that enough for them to drop the acceptance? I'm currently in Spanish II, English IV Honors, Accounting II Honors, and AP Physics B.

Explain the reason for your drop in grades.Try harder and maintain B’s. Think of other options like transfer from cc or so.

I really don’t want to have to transfer from a cc. Our second grading period is over, I can see my grades probably as A B B C (i’m trying to maintain somewhat decent grades). haha… I really don’t have a valid reason for my grade drop.

Are there any cases where admission to NCSU Has been rescined? What are my chances?

You still have time to get your grades up. Stop worrying about your chances of getting rescinded and concentrate on finishing strong.

Yeah, that’s a good idea PackMom. I was just worried that it won’t be enough in the end.

I’m curious though, what do they mean by “equal to… your previous academic record?” Would they determine that by comparing GPA from this semester to the previous ones, or just by something like glancing at grades?

any update on what happened to you?
