Essay Scoring

Hello I was wondering if someone could score my SAT Practice Test Essay.

Prompt: Is it more important to do work that one finds fulfilling or work that pays well?

Essay:

The presupposition that one should perform fulfilling work as opposed to mundane work that pays well is a categorical truth. History, and scientific studies both suggest that people should do what they love.
Albert Einstein, one of the most renowned scientists of all time found it to be very difficult to make a living in the United States. However, Einstein spent 20 hours a day in his private lab working on research in his beloved field of physics. He ate what he could and lived away from human society. His income was close to a meager 10000 dollars per year until 1938. Einstein’s tireless pursuit for answers had finally ended. He became a Nobel Laurate and earned 1.8 million dollars as a result. If Einstein had done some jobs just for the pay, he definitely would not have earned a fraction of the worldwide recognition that he has today. This simply goes to show that working for fulfillment is the optimal way of achieving human success.
Several scientific studies also suggest that working for fulfillment enables one to achieve maximum working efficiency. In 2014, the National Institute of Behavioral Sciences conducted a study in which 16 members took a survey about the kinds of work that each enjoyed. One group was paid half of the amount that the other group received. However, that group obtained the opportunity to perform tasks that they preferred. The group that performed that performed tasks that the preferred was 3.34 times as efficient as the group that was receiving double the pay. The NIBS concluded that working a job that one enjoys triples the productivity that one achieves while on the job. Therefore, working mundane jobs for the sake of money is inefficient.
In conclusion, it is much more important to perform work that one finds fulfilling because it promotes efficiency, and is a motivating element that allows a worker to reach new heights.
