I have so many to write and I just don't see how I can get them all done. I don't have the time. So far, I've only finished like two, with about seven or eight half finished (the rough draft, I mean). The deadlines are drawing near and I'm really beginning to feel the pressure. What do I do? The worst part is that I have no idea what I want to write. I get half finished and I don't know what to add.

Not sure this would help you. But DD dropped all the schools that requires extra essay besides the why school essay? A second thing to do is to make sure you can use the same essay for different school. Just take one step at a time, go back to your safety school and get that essay over with. At least you know you will be going somewhere.
I know it's hard to write essays, but it's best to brainstorm ahead of time what you want to write before you start writing anything. It takes lots of revision to get a perfect essay. I know mine got a her classmate to read and vote her essay to be the best of her class. Her teacher gave her perfect score for her essay, but even with that it took 11 rewrite to get it to the state that she is happy with. Good luck!

Please tell me that you are using common app and not writing a different essay for each school!
Unless it's a "why" question, or another extra specific question, why aren't you using the same essays?
Maybe you should eliminate soem of your schools...when it came down to it, of the 20 schools i thought i'd apply to, only 6 did I REALLY imagine going to. Safety or not, if each school on your list were the only acceptance, would you actually want to attend?
IT IS STRESSFUL! I know. I defnitely turned in a couple at 1:00 a.m. November 1st. But pace yourself. And when you do get in the mood for writing, write down your ideas! When it becomes too tough, TAKE A BREAK. Sometimes that break means an hour of music , or even waiting til tomorrow. But there are only so many tomorrows before the deadline.
It took me awhile to find what I wanted to write about. But in the end, what I felt most passionate about was the easiest thing to write.
Good luck and breathe!
