Both Euro and Art History are offered at my school, and while euro is harder, my school doesn’t offer anything in the way of arts besides music, so my question is this: would taking euro look better because it’s more challenging or would art history look better because it would be the only thing on my transcript related to the arts? just wondering…and i don’t really have a preference, i can put up with both classes.

Euro is much more impressive imo, and I’d think many other people will agree here…we’ll see…

Definitely Euro

Actually, I’ve been thinking about this. A lot of degrees require an Art History class. My mom had to take an Art History class for her science (nursing) degree. By getting a 4 or a 5 on the AP exam (which should be very manageable) you would not have to take this class in college, should your college of choice accept AP credits for this class.

You’re more likely to have to take an Art History class than a Euro History class in college for a non-history major.

Just my 2 cents.

Not from what I’ve seen. Usually, just any history class, and Euro would be the more impressive one and probably more likely to get credit, since it’s a harder class/exam. Plus, Euro is tons more interesting!

Has anyone here even taken art history…? It’s by far more difficult than euro is.

I haven’t taken Euro, just Art History. My friend took both and she said they crossed over a lot of the time, because Art History is essentially European History through the art that was created at the time…?

But Ithink it would be better to just hear from someone who has taken both classes. I’ve just taken one of them :)
