ever had anything lost/stolen?

i hope that people who steal are reading this

someone cut the lock off my athletic locker with garden sheers and stole my shoes and watch.

about 300 dollar value total

sockpuppet: how did you get home without shoes?

I have the feeling not to many thieves are reading CC. I've had an AE shirt and a couple ucks stolen out of my locker. Stuff like ipods and cells get stolen all the time at my school. This one grl is a complete clepto and steals from everyone but no one wil stop her because shes like a sports star. I don't know why some people steal because they don't dont have the chargers or any place to sell the goods.

Let's see...right now my keys and stats book are currently MIA...bad news because I have an AP stats test tomorrow

:D yeah my name rocks!
I think the stealers are feeling a little bad right now because they're probably listening to iPods that aren't even theirs :O
But I think most people they steal because they had something stolen as well, so it's pretty much "tough luck too bad" when they replace something gone from their lives with whatever your item is
Well that's the intention here. Or you just hate someone so bad that you'll take the money or the thing if it's expensive and throw the rest of the "junk" away

someone stole my beloved TI-83+ silver edition (loaded with math and graphing programs) from my backpack during the middle of the day at school. I went to the school office and they just said too bad. I was heartbroken and now whenever I see someone with that model calculator at school, I always eye them suspiciously. About a year ago, I got a TI 84+ SE so I've felt a little better, but the see through casing is better and plus the 83 didn't feel as bulky.

some stupid punk stole my cell phone, so my friend and I called it up, and they were messing w/ us. We got an address (I was REALLY angry), so went in there, pounded on the door. this elderly lady opened the door, and i started screaming about where my phone was; but, she thought I wanted to use her phone, so she invited me in. turns out they gave us a fake address and I never found out who did it...

also had a friend freshman year who had it pants stolen from the gym lockers and thrown in the toilet stall. He found his pants, but his wallet was gone.

It was my athletic locker, where I leave my running shoes and some of my stuff throughout the day. So I had a pair of shoes on me.

**HAH **Wow, I've realized how amazing my school is. I've lost my wallet on the bus. Someone turned it in. Lose my ti-89 titanium all the time. It's always within 10 feet of where I leave it. I've lost so many books. They always come back to me.

I guess I'm just lucky.

i lost my digital camera, freshman year. luckily, someone turned it in to the lost in found.

2 bikes. that's it

VERY lucky, in fact! Most kids at my high school would have stolen it for laughs! Goodness knows that most kids that go to my high school have money for a digital camera for everybody in the family!

I found my Under Armour today :)

Someone broke down the window of my car and stole EVERYTHING...except my car.

It's what I get for buying a bmw...sigh

I've lost my Calculus book... TWO TIMES.

someone's laptop got stolen today and we're 99% sure we know who did it... no proof though!! this is so frustrating, i don't know if there's anything we can do about it

I got my one dollar coin - from school for being one of the top students at the time of graduation- stolen when I was a 6th grader............. Hurted my feeling =( Luckily I haven't lost anything important ever since then

I haven't had anything stolen, but once, I was at the vending machines and I dunno, I just had a bad feeling, so I turned around suddenly. There was a guy standing behind me and he'd been trying to unzip my backpack. His friends were nearby watching, but when I caught him, he just acted like he was in line. Yeah, reeeeal smooth. >_>

Nickel Xenon: i think this is more scary than actually having stuff stolen from you. its like they were trying to jack you while u were RIGHT THERE! i would feel really unsafe...

flutterfly_28: wow laptops are REALLY expensive. it sucks that you all know who did it but there is no proof. it is like the person is getting over big time

asdfalice: one of my books came up missing in middle school. i still cant understand why anyone would want to steal a book

sup: this happens in louisville (kentucky) ALL THE TIME! it sucks because there isnt much you can do to prevent it and you know someone is riding around with the stolen parts in their cars

tickytock14: congrats!
