<p>If you get some sleep, you'll be more rational. Get some sleep and then go ride your bike or something. Staying awake for several days is harmful to your health.</p>
<p>Polyphasic sleep is DEFINITELY something to look into. I tried it, but my schedule conflicted and I couldn't keep it up. It's bad for a few days, but great later.</p>
<p>I really want to try polyphasic sleep, but obviously I can't do it during school and my parents wouldn't be too happy about it during the summer. Maybe I'll try in college...</p>
<p>and whoa. apparently ive been doing a mild form of this polyphasic sleep thing (according to WP) for about two years...sleep 4-5 hours a day with consistent 15 minute naps throughout . i feel a little better now that theres some sort of name</p>
<p>My english teacher's college mate got out of the vietnam war by not sleeping for a week. he flunked the physical and developed mental problems.. it took him almost 8 months of rehab to get back to normal.</p>
