<p>Anyone participated in any of the 3 explore camps? How was your experience? Is it really as selective as they make it seem? </p>

<p>Andyroo1, are you doing the Energy + Sustainability camp? I’m doing that this year, but I live no where near Texas. Also, bump 10char</p>

<p>I’m doing the Entrepreneurship one and I don’t live in Texas either. After receiving the acceptance packet it seemed like the program was adapted for Texas residents. Glad to hear though that others are participating from out of state. </p>

<p>Yeah that’s what I thought too. We’ll have to see how it is though. It’s only their 3rd year, so many out of state residents don’t know a lot about it.</p>

<p>Right I imagine though that it truly is competitive because 30 spaces for a free program in Texas must receive a ton of applicants. </p>

<p>I’m a rising senior. How do you plan to do transportation to there since there not handling any of the details? </p>

<p>I’m only a rising sophomore. I’m flying there, so I’m sending them the flight number, etc. Do you live close enough to drive?</p>

<p>Nope, i’m flying there too just figuring out transportation is annoying. Are your parents flying with you? </p>

<p>A taxi from Pennsylvania? Nope! Also, have you heard anything at all about this camp? I’ve tried googling it, but I couldn’t find anything about it</p>

<p>I meant like a taxi from the houston airport. All I know is it started last year, the reason I made this thread is because I couldn’t find much. </p>

<p>Yeah, definitely a shuttle from the airport. I hope more people can tell us more about this camp before we go</p>

<p>Hey. I went to the Entrepreneurship Bauer EXPLORE camp last year, and I am going to the Energy and Sustainability one this year. Overall I had a good experience and looking forward to this year. Not sure how selective the camps are.</p>
