<p>I don't know if it's already been discussed... but i got a packet in the mail about camp texas -- it's seems like a good deal (just time to meet people, learn more about ut, etc.). It doens't look like it's officially sponsered by the school or anything. I'm kind of unsure what to think about it. Are any of you guys going?</p>

<p>it's great-you'll get pumped up about college, learn about different opportunities available to you at UT, meet others who are about to start UT, etc. it's fun, it's outdoors, it's camp-like. it's not necessary to go, but pretty much a guaranteed fun experience.</p>
