Failed IB... would college rescind my acceptance?

Hi im currently a senior in an Ib school and just failed my economics HL mock exam miserably... prob getting a 2 or 3... I do not feel so strong either for my other HL classes, which are mathematics and biology, and I predict a grade of 4 or 5 at best and prob a grade around 3-4 or even worse for my mock exams (my sl classes are fine).

I worked really hard since my freshman year and I was accepted to an accelerated pharmacy program with grand amount of scholarship, but my seniorities have been working up since the acceptance and scholarship letter arrived...

I do understand that this is just the mocks and if I do work hard for the next month, I can still bring up my grade to a minimum of 4 in the actual ib exam to receive the diplom. But since my school is using the mock exam also as a school grade (almost 30%) for the semester as well, I am worried that poor grades in second semester year along with low predicted grades that are sent out to colleges may lead to the college rescinding my acceptance and scholarship offers.......the acceptance letter or the scholarship letter did not mention anything about me having to complete highschool while maintaining good grades (and yes I read it over and over again to make sure), but I am still worried that when my school send out the predicted IB scores in march/april along with third quarter grades (prob 1-2c, worst case 3), my acceptance may be reconsidered...

any help or advises?

Your application probably had this provision. And even if the letter did not say anything about your grades, you were accepted based on how you have always done. Maybe if seniorities is so gripping in your life, you would be better off with a gap year. I suggest you do everything you can to get your grades is a range that will not jeopardize you admittance and secure you IB Diploma.

Your midyear report has already been sent. Will the actual exam results be factored into your final grade (to be sent in June, Final Report)? They won’t see the mock exams. However anything below a 4 may lead them to rescind both admission and scholarship, and you’d have to take a gap year and reapply everywhere on the basis of your actual IB results.

IB exam scores have nothing to do with your HS grades and come out in July - likely the only way this would impact your college experience is if you counted on a block of credits for the IB diploma to be accelerated
