same here rejected from UCLA not my dream school though I’m aiming for UCSD hopefully we can hear tomorrow. I think is possible that UCSD will start sending decisions tomorrow since last year came out on a Saturday (march 13th)

congratulations to everyone who got into UCLA and for those who didn’t (like me) is not the end of the world and remember one rejection doesn’t mean another rejection. From what i saw last year on the decisions thread, many people were rejected from ucla but accepted to UCSD.

I hope hope hope decisions come out tomorrow! That would be so sweet. To be completely honest, UCSD is not in my top 3 schools of choice (well, it’s kinda tied with UC Santa Cruz, but I’m basically just not crazy over UCSD), but this will be one of the more difficult schools I applied to - I feel 50/50 about my chances, so I’m really anxious to see what they say! I just want to knooooowwwwww, haha.

I got rejected to UCLA as well, but I was expecting it. They accepted around 5300 out of 60,000 applicants…THATS CRAZY. It’d be a miracle if I got in!

Hopefully, we’ll be hearing soon from UCSD…I love it there!
BTW, do they email you about the admission decision or do you have to constantly check the tritonlink site?

It’s been said many times before: They did not accept 5,300 applicants. Most accepted students will not choose to attend; therefore, they need to accept many more people than there are spots for the Freshman class.

No, they had 5,300 available spots for the freshmen. They didnt only admit 5300… if they did that would be about 60% less admittance than last year…13,000 were admitted last year
