Hopefully them saying that they are reviewing it is a good thing! I say we go to Lewisohn Hall and listen in on them LOL

I’m pretty sure they are not sticking with the 4-6 week window, as that window closes tomorrow

Well Baxter, what a brilliant Idea!
Let’s run a covert operation, we need one of our agile forumers to climb through the window (Mission Impossible style) and sneak into the GS conference room to install secret microphones. Then we will know all the secrets and will finally unveil the truth behind the fate that await us all in the next couple of weeks. (haHaHAHA* sinister laugh) … then of course…j/k :)

I’m rappelling down the northside of the lewisohn hall. Requesting permission to breach

I just read this on GS’s Facebook: (From Saturday)
“If an applicant is rejected and instead attends community college to better their chances of acceptance, would that make them ineligible for GS because they would no longer have a break in their education?”

I wonder if that means that person just received a rejection and if so that means rejection letters are going out now too.

Brohlijk - Permission granted. If you are caught, we will deny any knowledge of your existence. This post will self destruct in…

…(glass shattering )…bugs in place…going dark…waiting for extraction…*radio static

Baxter …activate the sound sequence amplifier … we want to make sure we get every sound, including the faintest whisper…Brohlik you have 10 seconds to exit the premise…(ta dada , tadada…MI score playing in background*) ;)

I wonder why it is they call from an unknown number. Is it because they want to heighten the sense of excitement? Or because people were giving away the number on forums like this? lol

At this rate this thread will have over 10k views before anyone other than greathal gets a response lol

1,2 Brohlij report…1,2 Brohlij report…calling Brohlij over…Oh no the mission has been sabotaged …no sign of Brohlij…agents Abort…abort!..I repeat abort!

On another note…wow…this thread was only started on 3/27 & it has 5K views already!
I wonder how long it takes for a response after an app is currently under review….oh the heartache, it hurts just to think about it… I’m telling you…this whole process is worse than being in love <3 <3 <3

Like E.H. says “LOVE KILLS SLOWLYyyyy”

Imao! I’m heading home now. Dreading the fact that without a call a blue envelope might await me

I wonder how long it takes to review a single application. I guess they do have to read the essays and the recommendations so it might take about 15 minutes

This thread averages 340 views a day and 19 posts a day lol…Hopefully they read this and consider our enthusiasm towards their decision.

To any admissions rep reading this: This is the applicant from Brick, NJ with the initials RL and I have been in contact with M.R. LOL

OMgosh! if that is the case, I should be receiving a call today…OMGoshhhh!
Oh now im eating right through my pink nail polish! Total functional dyspepsia caused by nail digestion…oohhhh!

Then again, more than one person might have to read it to make a decision so it could take quite some time after the first person reads it to when the 2nd person reads it. Then they would have to make a decision and notify you. Hopefully it has been under review for a couple days now and you will get a call any minute. You could always call FedEx and see if there is a package heading your way

I wish there was someway to see if I was under review lol.

As per Greathal’s account of events, he received a call first and then CU shipped the fedx package. My guess is that you will know you are accepted before you even open your acceptance package. Oh how I wish that was my case (wishing, wishing, wishing…*)

From past threads some people didn’t get a call, FedEx just showed up one day with the acceptance package

I came on to check the board (via subscription of course!) hoping to see some acceptance victory dances only to still have no word from admissions. But walking in on nearly a full page of covert-ops and a quip from EH…that’s why I love you guys! You make waiting somewhat bearable. MI:GS!

Don’t you hate that wait for the mail to get to you, wondering if you will see the dreaded Columbia Blue? Not to mention my mind has begun making me hear my phone’s ringer lol

I heard they’re only accepting a class of one this semester, sorry all. MI:GS will be about whoever’s trying to take my place.
