Hello. I have submitted my TAMU application at the end of August (biomedical engineering-1st choice / computer science-2nd choice). I am a review admit (as of right now)
-ACT Score=29 (27 or higher on math and reading)
-top 25% (15%)
-SAT=1760
-submitted all 3 essays.
*I am retaking the ACT on Oct. 24th. If I get a higher score that meets the auto-admit requirements, will I be automatically admitted?
*Also, if I don’t get auto-admit, what are my chances for getting accepted?
*Around when will I get my decision?
*Can my friend request me as her roommate (already accepted to TAMU) if I have not yet been accepted?

If your ACT score improves enough and the score gets there before December 1, you will be admitted.
Can’t say on chances, you might get a better answer in the A&M forum. They are really trying to grow engineering which is good for you. They may offer the Blinn Team. There is also a Blinn engineering program you might want to read about.
Decision likely in February for review admits
I don’t know how she can request you before you are admitted but she can probably add that to her housing app when you get in.

If we decide to do the Blinn Team program, do we get housed at A&M or is it separate? (if you happen to know)
