Has anyone received their bill for fall tuition, housing, etc. with scholarships and grants deducted from the total owed?

If so, was it just on WebAdvisor or did you get it in the mail?

We were told at Academic Advising that we would receive the first bill in the mail, but I haven't gotten mine yet.

We got it Monday. I was worried since it said on the web that payment was due on the 31st and it had not reflected the scholarship. The mailed, more itemized bill had a note in it that for now interest doesn’'t start til school starts. I said on an earlier post that they bill everyone for parking ($150 a semester) and you have to have it waived if you aren’t bringing a car. You can do that online.

We received the Fall 2012 semester bill on Saturday July 28th in the mail.

They have extended the time to submit the account balance (or make a partial payment) without being charge the 7.5% late fee interest because the bills were went sent out late this year caused by the late registration dates. The payment is due on July 31 but they said you can pay them ASAP.

What you need to pay is the ACCOUNT BALANCE LESS PENDING FINACIAL AID only. The financial aid payment will not show on your Student Account Summary (giving you a zero balance) until the first weeks of September.

If you pay this full ACCOUNT BALANCE LESS PENDING FINACIAL AID you are not charged interest. If you only pay the first payment on five (a choice given to you on this bill) you are charge 7.5% interest per annum on the average daily balance.

Evidently if you wait listed for a class when registering there will appear on your bill some confusion (a glitch in their billing system):

The Tuition Undergraduate is broken up into two (2) items: a charge for $3,825 & $16,695.
This totals to $20,520 which is the 2012/2013 Semester Tuition fee:

The parking fee is also broken up into two (2) items: a charge of $75 & $75.
This totals to $150 (the semester charge) which is half the yearly parking charge of $300.

I hope this information is useful to you saving you the time that I had to expend to obtain it.

Thank you - that is helpful.

We still haven’t received a paper bill, but we are all paid up!
