Fat

<p>Yahhhh, I’m skinny fat. Just started jogging daily and eating healthier about a month ago. Tips/Suggestions would be helpful. I have tiny arms and pretty thick legs.</p>

<p>Bench, deadlift, dips, military press, bent-over barbell rows, push-ups, and pull-ups</p>

<p>For cardio, if you’re like me and get too bored to run/bike/etc. for extended periods of time, try erging (indoor rowing). It’s way more intense, so you get the same workout in less time. And it’s really fun to keep beating your own times. (Okay, that’s really just me.)</p>

<p>I’ve definitely have let myself go a little bit. Eating because of stress or just for the sake of eating is not a good idea. Trying to workout a bit over the summer, but those calories do sure take their time to burn on the treadmill!</p>

<p>I have trouble gaining weight…i’m like at 5’7" 117 lbs. Not quite sure if that’s underweight… The dr. said i should gain at least 10lbs</p>

<p>I don’t think anyone’s ever satisfied with what they have. Skinny people always want bigger boobs and butts and they all say “■■■■ i need to gain weight”, while other people <a href=“me”>color=white</a>[/color] wish their butts were smaller and have been working all summer to lose some weight and have only lost three pounds so far.</p>
