<p>There’s no such thing as spot reduction. You just have to do more cardio in addition to controlled diet routines.</p>

<p>Squat is a pretty good leg exercise. In case you don’t lift at all, I suggest jogging for overall toning of lower body.</p>

<p>I’m 5’6" and 140 pounds, and I went to the doctor and that is where I am supposed to be for my height and weight. Thankfully, I don’t have a stomach because I lift for shot put and discus and a lot is muscle.</p>

In that case, I suggest you do some more chest exercises, although it probably won’t help you that much.</p>
