Favorite school supplies?

So. Um. I love school supplies. Like seriously... love them.

Whare are your essentials? List specifics (brands).

Mine:
-Ticonderoga pencils
-BIC mechanical pencils
-BIC Atlantis pens
-Mead notebooks and folders
-White out (ahh... a beautiful necessity, yes)
-Tons of notecards - colorful ones!

I'm really looking for some more pens - any suggestions?

:)

u are the weirdest person in the world.

Lol I love school supplies.

But I always lose all my mechanical pencils.

I can't live without my Liquid Paper white-out tape.

pens? Zebra F-301 BP FINE POINT pens are THE BEST

I love school supplies too!

I cannot live without:

The hole puncher that fits in my binder. It's a necessity as my teachers like to give me un-holepunched sheets twitches.

Mechanical Pencils and .5 lead.

5 subject notebooks

the Stretchy Art Erasers

White Out

Minature Stapler

"u are the weirdest person in the world."

Nods in agreement

Let's see...

-Highlighter
-Notebooks
-Mechanical Pencils

When ever I'm feeling down a new notebook makes me feel better :P

OMG I LOVE SCHOOL SUPPLIES! I thought I was the only one!!!

I loooooove all kinds of paper. Except wide ruled paper. Although it's good for scrap paper. I loooove index cards! I have three index card organizers. Plus I got a set of tabbed index cards - they look exactly like manilla filing folders. They're so awesome! I think I spent half an hour sitting there drooling over them.

I also love pens. Well, except the crappy ones. Pencils are pretty fun, too. Erasers are neat at first, but I want to rip them apart after they've been used a bit. They look so messy and unnatural.

I LOVE NOTEBOOKS!

Hm this reminds me of the thread about pencils in the College Life forum. Haha that was awesome.

Pens: Very very fine point black/blue ink pens (usually Pilot or Uniball).

Pencils: Hard Ticonderoga pencils.

Paper: Blank "Computer" Paper. White or colored. High-quality graph paper is nice too.

Big Post-It fetish.

Lil' Fat Notebooks are the best things ever. And smooth, ballpoint pens. Yes, school supplies rock.

see what i mean spinach. u (like the others on this thread) are emotionally attached to inanimate objects. thats a 6th grade attitude right there. do u name ur erasers?

OMG that's a good idea!

Surfer, in fact I do. I have an eraser named Barney and another one named Elmo. So I have much more of a pre-school attitude.

AHHH I LOVE SCHOOL SUPPLIES! SADLY I get uber excited when I go shopping for school supplies. I thought I was the only one too!

I think I buy new supplies every month or something but I like

PhD 3-in-1 Pen/Pencil
BIC Ball-Point Pens (5 colors)
White out. I use fast-drying liquid now instead of tape
Anything Mead... notebooks, paper, etc
Walgreen brand snap-open pencilbox... haha
Sharpie Accents Retractable Highlighters (5 colors)
MAGIC RUB ERASER
TOT Mini Stapler

I HATE any sized paper that's not 8.5x11
I HATE wide rule paper the only time I will accept wide rule paper is if it's in a composition notebook. I love those. I love advanced mead notebooks as well. So sexy. drool Okay, I kid. Hahaha

Theoneo, you're so cool. Let's go shopping for school supplies.

i like my pink mechanical pencil... its good luck, i got a 100 on an ap cal test that i didnt study for with it (and im awfal at cal)

Give me your pink pencil! heh.

I like fine tip pens or lead pencils that are confortable with to draw...

no :o , I <3 my pink pencil

Uniball is great - I buy them from Costco. (UB-Vision Elite is very smooth).

I can't live without red pens - I enjoy butchering essays and drawing squigglies and moving sentences around.

I can't stand Sanford-Eagle pencils; they break easily and are terrible at getting sharpened.

Magic Rub erasers are the best - but the Staedtler Mars-Plastic erasers are fantastic as well.

I too like Ticonderoga. I also like Papermate's American Naturals. Very good at being sharpened... has a nice feel to it when writing out math problems. (I also use Uniball pens for math problems too... I just like to see errors and scratched out markings.)

I hate wide-ruled. I hate cheap paper that rip easily. I like using yellow legal pads to do math problems and to quickly jot down notes - the perforation is highly convenient and I like the color.

I used notecards with tabs last year... blah.

At any rate, the scented erasers (apple, grape, blueberry, other) are entertaining but poor in quality. I hate Pink Pearl and those other Pink erasers; they're messy, leave markings, and shed EVERYWHERE.

Notebooks with graphing paper are excellent. Also, I like 5-Star notebooks.

Fiskars scissors.
Stanford pencils.
Papermate pens.
College ruled paper.
Red Swingline Staplers.
