OMG I LOVE SCHOOL SUPPLIES! I thought I was the only one!!!

I loooooove all kinds of paper. Except wide ruled paper. Although it's good for scrap paper. I loooove index cards! I have three index card organizers. Plus I got a set of tabbed index cards - they look exactly like manilla filing folders. They're so awesome! I think I spent half an hour sitting there drooling over them.

I also love pens. Well, except the crappy ones. Pencils are pretty fun, too. Erasers are neat at first, but I want to rip them apart after they've been used a bit. They look so messy and unnatural.

I LOVE NOTEBOOKS!

Hm this reminds me of the thread about pencils in the College Life forum. Haha that was awesome.

see what i mean spinach. u (like the others on this thread) are emotionally attached to inanimate objects. thats a 6th grade attitude right there. do u name ur erasers?

AHHH I LOVE SCHOOL SUPPLIES! SADLY I get uber excited when I go shopping for school supplies. I thought I was the only one too!

I think I buy new supplies every month or something but I like

PhD 3-in-1 Pen/Pencil
BIC Ball-Point Pens (5 colors)
White out. I use fast-drying liquid now instead of tape
Anything Mead... notebooks, paper, etc
Walgreen brand snap-open pencilbox... haha
Sharpie Accents Retractable Highlighters (5 colors)
MAGIC RUB ERASER
TOT Mini Stapler

I HATE any sized paper that's not 8.5x11
I HATE wide rule paper the only time I will accept wide rule paper is if it's in a composition notebook. I love those. I love advanced mead notebooks as well. So sexy. drool Okay, I kid. Hahaha

Theoneo, you're so cool. Let's go shopping for school supplies.

Uniball is great - I buy them from Costco. (UB-Vision Elite is very smooth).

I can't live without red pens - I enjoy butchering essays and drawing squigglies and moving sentences around.

I can't stand Sanford-Eagle pencils; they break easily and are terrible at getting sharpened.

Magic Rub erasers are the best - but the Staedtler Mars-Plastic erasers are fantastic as well.

I too like Ticonderoga. I also like Papermate's American Naturals. Very good at being sharpened... has a nice feel to it when writing out math problems. (I also use Uniball pens for math problems too... I just like to see errors and scratched out markings.)

I hate wide-ruled. I hate cheap paper that rip easily. I like using yellow legal pads to do math problems and to quickly jot down notes - the perforation is highly convenient and I like the color.

I used notecards with tabs last year... blah.

At any rate, the scented erasers (apple, grape, blueberry, other) are entertaining but poor in quality. I hate Pink Pearl and those other Pink erasers; they're messy, leave markings, and shed EVERYWHERE.

Notebooks with graphing paper are excellent. Also, I like 5-Star notebooks.
