<p>Well all applications for day students are due by January 15th and applications for boarding students are due by February 1st so it might be too late for you to apply for Andover this year… Correct me if I’m wrong, though.</p>

<p>Once again, before coming to this place and asking people who don’t have that much knowledge on the topic and are probably applying themselves, you should probably call the school.</p>
<p>^The website gives all the information you need. There is a chance that it will lower your chances and a M10 decision is not guaranteed. They will say the same thing if you call them. They won’t be able to give you advice any more candidly as they themselves have not seen the complete profile. Moreover, they probably won’t even recognize the person calling–making it even harder to get a “complete” answer from them.</p>
<p>It has been said on this board, many times, that calling them for a question which is answered in detail on the website is pointless and not looked upon well. I am not sure that is the case. All I am saying is that what you need is here. (Most schools have the same candid, yet ambiguous, policy regarding this matter) </p>
<p>You would be accurate in saying that in the case of those god awful “chancing” threads. This is a little less complicated, even my simplistic mind can understand… :)</p>
