I dun goof'd.

In my school, we don't get fee waivers from our guidance counselors. We get them from the fee waiver lady. So, I got four fee waivers from the fee waiver lady a few weeks ago...

... and only today did I read that they need to be filled out by my guidance counselor. School doesn't start till after most of my deadlines...

HELP! Am I screwed?

They need signatures from your guidance counselor. Are these through CollegeBoard or NACAC? Some possible options now are:

Email your counselor now ASAP, apologize profusely, explain your absolute need for those fee waivers, and see if something can be done (i.e. if s/he can fill it out and fax it to you or to the colleges). This the holidays and everyone’s off from work, so I wouldn’t count on this working, but it may be worth a try.

Write a letter directly to the college to request have the application fee waived. Check the individual websites of every college to which you’re applying: some will consider such a request and will say so on their website.

Pay the app fees :(

Good luck with it all! I hope it all works out!!

If you’re applying to more than 4 schools, then pay the app fees for the schools that have earlier due dates.

Use the 4 free apps for the schools that have later app dates.
