fee waiver for alumni's children?

I applied to NYU yesterday before the deadline but did not submit a payment because my mother went there and alumni's children get free applications.

However, there is no where on the common app that asks if your parents were alum of NYU...

My mother has called the school around a week ago and they said "no problem with the fee waiver just put it on the app or something like that"..

anyone else have something like this?

should i pay for it tn, then send an email asking for a refund?

aren't graduates of nyu pretty rich?

Never deny free money:)

No reason to accept meager donations either.

Think of it as a contribution to your school...

It's like demanding to get that quarter your friend borrowed from you. Pointless...

lol 50-70 dollars isn't a quarter. he never said he was rich.
