<p>Help....track starts Monday and I'm already having foot problems!</p>
<p>On Thursday I ran abour 4 miles but in the wrong shoes because i forgot my other ones. I'm pretty sure thats what hurt my one foot. It hurts on the left side on the top of my foot. Does anyone have any ideas on how to help it quickly?</p>

<p>Ignore the pain? That's what I usually do. Of course, that usually ends up in deserving a poor choice ticket. It doesn't really sound like having a whirlpool party would help though.</p>

<p>i'm feeling horrible also cause my neck is KILLING me- yesterday at the park i played on this spinny thing and pulled a muscle. it hurts sooo much so i might skip practice tmrw</p>
